Juicing is a hot health trend these days, but is it good for you?
There is a healthy way to cleanse and, done properly, it can help you to lose a pound a day. I’m talking about metabolic cleansing, and it’s important that you know there’s a big difference.
After the holidays, people are sometimes in a panic and they want to “clean up.” Now cleaning up your act is always a good thing, but if you don’t juice cleanse properly you actually cause damage to maybe an already slow metabolism if you are over forty.
What people don’t realize is if they start throwing vegetables and fruit into a blender it ends up jack hammering your blood sugar through the roof and that’s the last thing you want when you’re trying to get rid of all that fat!
You really can take off ten pounds of fat in two weeks – but only if your cleanse is done right can you literally lose a pound a day:
